The RHMVY page lists Parts: 10 Years, also with registration required. We register it within the window Rheem sets on its warranty certificate; keep the model and serial numbers with your house papers.

Most Rheem air handler calls come down to a few problems. We stock blower motors, capacitors, float switches, transformers and condensate pumps, and a yearly service covers the filter, coil, drain and blower.

Water in the attic or a stained ceiling: a clogged condensate drain, a cracked pan, or a float switch that didn't trip.
Blower hums but won't spin: a failed capacitor on PSC models or a motor or module fault on ECM and constant CFM models.
Weak airflow at the registers: a packed filter, a dirty coil, or crushed flex duct in the attic.
Ice on the indoor coil: low airflow or low refrigerant, often from a coil leak.

Remove the old unit, set the new one level, and seal the supply and return connections.
