There is a particular kind of chill that settles over Manhasset once the leaves are down and the wind picks up off the Sound. Homeowners here run the gamut from older colonials to newer builds, but they share one thing every winter: an oil tank that needs to stay full and a boiler that has to keep up.
That is where Domino Fuel comes in. We have served Nassau County since 1981, delivering discount heating oil the honest way. Cash on delivery, no contracts, and a family behind every truck. We think a warm house should not require signing your name to a two-year commitment.
Curious what oil costs in Manhasset today? One phone call to (631) 779-3196 gets you a straight answer and a delivery you can count on.
Heating oil prices here shift with the season and the market, so there is no single number that holds true all year. What you can expect is a rate that reflects current crude prices and local demand at the moment you order.
Rather than quote a figure that would be stale by tomorrow, we give every caller a live number. Ring (631) 779-3196 and you will know exactly where our price stands right now.
The reason our pricing works for local families is straightforward. We are a family business without the layers of corporate cost that the big suppliers pass along. We run on cash on delivery, which lets us discount every gallon, and we never bury customers in contracts.
When you take away the fees and the fine print, what is left is a fair price. That has been our approach since 1981.
A gallon of heating oil is priced off the global crude market first, then adjusted for the realities of a Long Island winter. Cold snaps send demand soaring and can lift prices quickly. Milder weeks tend to bring them back down.
Other factors matter too, like how much you order and when. A large fill during a quiet stretch of the season is almost always the smart play.
Local homeowners can stretch every delivery further with a handful of practical moves.
