The 2019-20 Regular HEAP benefit opens November 4, 2019
The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded energy program intended to provide assistance to low income households in meeting their immediate home energy needs. If you are eligible, you may receive one regular HEAP benefit per program year and could also be eligible for emergency HEAP benefits if you are in danger of running out of fuel or having your utility service shut off.
How do I apply for the Home Energy Assistance Program?

If you qualify for HEAP you will be notified no later than 30 business days from the date the local district received your HEAP application.
